Our enduring partnerships with esteemed institutions underscore our commitment to reshaping modern campuses across New Jersey, attracting diverse talent and fostering dynamic growth. DIG led the 2024-2034 Master Plan Update that assesses campus’s needs and addresses the University’s aspirations for the next 10 years, collaborating closely with the campus planning team. Current and future space needs were quantified through comprehensive interviews and data gathering processes, grounded in space planning metrics and compared with planning guideline and standards, and informed by qualitative input from interview findings, programmatic directions, and trends. Future development of the campus includes: evaluation of existing campus utilities, stormwater management system, roadways, pedestrian pathways, site lighting and grading relative to their remaining useful life and ability to support the current student population and sustain future growth.
