This 12-story Continuing Care Retirement Community takes advantage of a compact site to enrich the lifestyle of residents, with “front door” downtown connectivity to dining, arts, entertainment & services. With this project, we were able to take advantage of the “back door” with a water front garden featuring majestic views of the Navesink River.
